Refund & Return Policy

At Antler & Ivy, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please check our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


✅ We will replace your order at no cost if:


  • Your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective
  • You received the wrong item



If this happens, please email us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue



Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.


❌ We cannot offer returns or refunds for:


  • Wrong size or color chosen by customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use
  • Items with odors (including smoke, perfume, or detergent), stains, pet hair, or stretching






Processing



Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.





Exchanges



At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order.
